About Me

Dr. Roya Nematollahi LA.c, Ph.D has had a love for medicine and healing others ever since she was a young adult. Her journey of learning alternative medicine techniques began with learning acupuncture in California then led to learning Traditional Chinese Medicine at a hospital in China. Roya has first hand experience through her training at Guange An Men Hospital, The China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine helped her to not only further her acupuncture knowledge but also taught her acupressure, cupping, Gua Sha and other holistic techniques for wellness.

Dr. Roya also participated in an internship at Collaborating Center of Traditional Medicine. Her experience here allowed her to practice what she learned by treating patients only using Traditional Chinese Medicine. Attended Yuin University in Southern California to obtain her masters degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Dr. Roya is a doctor of philosophy in Oriental Medicine.
